Job Description:  As an intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with seasoned professionals and contribute to various aspects of Purchasing and Stores at the District. This intern will support the Purchasing department by assisting with the preparation and coordination of ITB (Invitation to Bid) and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes. Responsibilities include generating and analyzing purchasing reports; assisting with the review and reconciliation of stores inventory; organizing materials; supporting stores operations and customer service activities; and assisting with the documentation of Purchase Requisitions. The intern will also help ensure accuracy and compliance with purchasing policies and procedures, maintain well-organized records, and provide general administrative support to the purchasing team as needed.
