Job Description:  Perform a variety of communication and public relations tasks, such as, but not limited to, creating and updating District graphic design elements, message creation, developing and implementing project schedules, photography, graphic design, video production, scanning and archiving files, coordinating events, interaction with customers and the general public, and correspondence with partner organizations and agencies. This position will report to TID’s 333 E. Canal office in Turlock, CA.
